The Chinni Project- Irina Werning

How to take pictures of your dog! Werning's muse (Chinni the dog) appears in these spectacular staged narrative images. Scenes, props and clothing mostly custom made specifically for the images.

http://blog.camera80.ro (blog)

I discovered the blog entitled http://blog.camera80.ro today and it is a great place to discover and be inspired by photographers work from around the world. I came across the blog when I viewed the source of a google image.... image. I have found a ever increasing amount of google images are provided by blogs which is great news but a lot of the time the blog is never actually visited, so promotion of good blogs is always needed. I discovered the chilling work of Izima Kaoru. Kaoru produces staged narrative pieces of what looks like dead bodies. However they are glamorised to look like clips from big budget films rather than gritty documentary pieces.
